We planned a surprise dinner for my Dad's 70th birthday at Lombardi's Steakhouse. The General Manager, Brian, and the Administrative Assistant, Pam, were both involved months in advance planning every detail. They were very accomodating with our many changes, and gave excellent recommendations on our table location as well as the menu. Not a single detail was overlooked. Our server, Kristy, was excellent. She was extremely professional and gave us a lot of attention, and was kind enough to take pictures of our family. This was a very busy night for them, as it was the night before a home game for the Green Bay Packers. The restaurant was very busy, and all of the opposing team was dining there as well. We were only a table of 6, and so we were expecting to feel rushed or overlooked. But that was not the case at all. They gave us a semi-private room (called the press box, which was lovely). Lots of personal attention from the management and the server. And every detail was done perfectly. They made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant. I really can't say enough about how positive our experience was. It was also really fun to see the opposing team players in the restaurant the night before the game. The memorabilia on the walls is just beautiful. Thank you Brian, Pam and Kristy for an excellent evening.
