The site is remote and difficult to access, in Porto Meira district of Foz do Igaçu city , but I visited it using public transport: at the junction of the Falls Avenue and Avenue Jorge Shimmelpfeng , I took bus 103 to the end point and this trip lasted about 30 minutes and costed R$2,65. This bus goes every hour, Tell the driver you want to visit the March 3 borders, otherwise he will not take you to the end point. I asked him to wait for me. From there, I walked walk 200 meters more until the Iguazu River. 'There is a poorly maintained park there and some souvenir stalls. I Visited in 15 minutes and returned to the point , where the driver was waiting for me.
