Very good hotel either for executives or those on tourism. Very comfortable and always looking "just opened style". Great food (excelent japanese and french restaurant) and service.

It was my second time at the hyatt SP. The fisrst time was in 2005 a year before: I noticed 3 major changes in 1 year: the evening room cleanup is less frequent (it was nice with the good smelling perfume), the paint on the wall was scratch in some area (where most people open their luggage and the price of the food really jumped to unreasonable hights. The last item was really a big suprice: I remember eating like a king in 2005 for 100R$ (50$), it 2006 it was 200R$ for the same service! But in general, the hotel is very good.

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a couple of nights, the rooms were nice, the service friendly, the food was delicious - especially at the
sushi restaurant. But the location of the hotel is terrible. It´s located in between three very loud highways, you´ll hear a traffic buzz all the time. Plus all excursions into Sao Paulo have to be made by cab. If you want to explore the city, look for another place.

I have stayed at many Hyatt properties around the world. Although this was merely a Grand Hyatt the quality was almost that of a Park Hyatt (for those who don't know Park Hyatt hotels are generally much superior than Grand Hyatt hotels).

Great food, wonderful pool, courteous staff, decent location, very nice room (i was on the executive floor), reasonably priced mini-bar.....very impressed overall....
