A beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. though not the best location (unless you are on business in the area), this is a great choice in sao paulo. Wonderful customer service, great big bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, good food - would recommend.

I'm a little bit amazed by some of the bad reviews this hotel has.

This hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and the bathroom is simply a "religious experience" worth going all the way down from the US to Sao Paulo just to take a shower here.

The wine selection at the signature restaurants is one the best ones I've ever seen.

    • Any tips/secrets for future travellers? — ask for a high floor and have lunch one day at the french restaurant
