“Great Hotel and very fair treatment”

Excellent Hotel. The area is pretty central and the rooms were very clean. However what gave me a big surprise is how nice I was treated when I arrived a day after I reserved my room. Originally I was supposed to arrive on March 7th at night but due to several flight delays I only arrived on the 8th around 9am. I thought already that the hotel would charge me for the night from the 7th to the 8th and especially when I arrived early in the morning. However the receptionist told me right away that they will not charge me for the night. So I was very pleasantly surprised.
In this hotel it was my second stay and I enjoyed again my stay at this hotel.
The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is very well arranged and it has something for every taste. I can recommend this hotel 100%.

I've stayed at the Radisson Faria Lima a number of times. It is a comfortable hotel and as a woman I feel safe here.

International travel is always challenging but this hotel suits me. The accommodations are good, the hotel restaurant is excellent and there are a few good restaurants (Baby Beef Rubaiyat Restaurant) located within walking distance of the hotel and many more within a 10 min taxi ride.

The staff is helpful with suggestions on places to go and things to see. Not everyone speaks English but there are usually one or two on duty that do so communication is pretty easy.

Breakfast Buffet is included in Radisson room rate (apparently a pretty standard practice in Brazil).

One note: there is some jet traffic overhead during the day but that sound disappears when the A/C is on.

“No-nonsense business hotel”

Let's face it - Sao Paulo, for all its qualities, is typically visited for business rather than pleasure. If you want a centrally-located property with no particular frills, then this place does the job very adequately. The superior rooms are probably worth paying extra for and the reservations people will take note of a request for a quiet room (addressing the concerns of some other reviewers). If I had a complaint, it would be that the check-in desk is sometimes under-populated.

In the unlikely even that you are seeking a "special" stay in SP, this would most likely not be your first choice - especially as the restaurant is decidedly ordinary. However, from a business traveller's perspective I have no complaints at all (especially with regard to the free internet) and I tend to stay there twice a month. On the rare occasions that I need to impress, I select the Emiliano.

Never stay at this hotel !!! São Paulo has much better options at the same or even lower prices . The location is OK only 2 blocks from Shopping Iguatemi this is the only thing good about this hotel . When you get in the hotel specially at night the security looks at you as if you were a thief or somtheing like that . There was something in the matrees of my room that cause me an allergy it was a bug or another inset. Terrible !

“good location and service, dissapointing room”

We must have looked a bit shabby when we arrived here without baggage (airline error) but was received very friendly and put at ease. With restuarant closed due to renovations, staff oferred to order us a take-away meal, which we gladly accepted. I'm the last person to expect staff to be able to speak English, but almost everyone here could. The balcony offers a good view of one of the better parts of Sao Paulo. However, the room was dissapointing. The decor was stylish, but the room smelled of smoke. The air conditioner was so noisy we had to switch it off to sleep. The indoor swimming pool was cold, contrary to claim on their website. Breakfast was served on the swimming pool floor due to renovations. The setting worked quite well, and the food was good. In our opinion the experience did not justify the price.
