Got off of my flight from Salvador, Brazil knowing only that I did not want to stay at the Rennaissance as it was extremely over priced for what you received. I had started my stay in Brazil at the Rennaissance, ranked in the top 5 in Sao Paulo for around 700 R.Extremely pleasant but not worth 700 R. So the cab company made a call and we arrived at the Slaviero. The Hotel was a delight. The room was bigger, every bit as nice if not nicer than the Rennaissance, the service delightful and the cost roughly one half of the cost of the Rennaissance.
