Well if you want to find a place where there's 'interesting night life' come here. What can I say? Its a long term stay residence that does the following:
> No towels, tissue paper or soap provided
> The shower head was broken, they refused to fix it.
They took 2 weeks to replace the lightbulb in the living room.
I notified them of a leaking gas smell, after the 3rd mention,
one employee came up and said it was 'nothing' to worry about.
> The apartment was filthy when I moved in, the kitchen cabinets,
refrigerator, living room floor, and old old greasy couch.
After the 2nd week a whole family of roaches appeared from
under the refrigerator. Although maid service is x1 week,
maid never came for 2 different weeks, b/c of 'holidays'
according to the mgr. Also refused to change the linens
one week until I asked them 2x.
> Phone system is an old outdated rotary setup, you can't call
cell phones b/c they're afraid you'll run out on the bill.
Any incoming calls have to be screened by the front desk
who asks the caller for their name, then rings your room
secretary style, and tells you, "Jane Doe is calling, do you
accept the call?' before patching thru the call.
Front desk will never give you messages people leave you,
1 day, I received a string of calls due to a family emergency,
they never patched thru the calls to my room or gave me
a message.
> The lock the front gate at 11pm, you better hope the front door
man is NOT asleep if you arrive late!
> Wouldn't provide a receipt for my monthly rent
You pay for electricity, but its a guess if the monthly stm
hasn't arrived by check out date.
> Residents, are 'interesting', even though the rent is expensive,
due to the area, many of the people are employees in the local
redlight district.
