I have been here twice. The room (studio) is okay; spacious, only that it needs more cleaning especially the way up to the room. The place to park the car (below the building - stilts) has pools of water and make the place so wet and dirty. Should provide indoor slippers because the kitchen is tiled and it is very cold to step on the floor. The bathroom has no shower curtain and as a result, the whole room is wet after shower. The cafe is good but when we ordered something to eat, the chef was not around and the staff cooked for us! (The food, however, was a bit salty ). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait for long to check-in earlier than the actual time (It was only 11.45am). I would definately come again as I really enjoyed the view, the fresh air, the cool climate and to relax.
Enjoy the scenery so much. Very refreshing. The place is very quiet and privacy. I don't see any petrol station and workshop around, so for those who want to come up here make sure your tank is full and your car is okay!! You will have a great experience, if you are a nature lover.

The local district council owns a couple of blocks on this apartment- styled hotel. We booked a two-bedroom apartment from the district council at a much cheaper rate (RM165) than the privately run management (RM260).

The hotel is kind of run down but provides the basic necessities -beds with clean sheets, toilet with hot bath, living room with sofa and TV as well as fridge (but cooking is not allowed).

There are several jungle trail near the hotel with the Hemmant Trail for beginners and Bishop Trail for the more adventurous. The main "town" area of Fraser's Hill is reachable by foot.

Overall, it's just a budget, simple apartment-styled hotel. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed!

The hotel was huge but deserted. The rooms were of a good size but old fashioned and smelt of damp. They had a fabulous view from one side but a brick wall at the other. The place was generally run down and neglected, and the menu was limited and only in Malaysian. The staff were helpful and friendly though.
