“Honeymoon in Paradise”

Pacific Resort Aitutaki

The best hotel/resort we have ever stayed in!!!

The location in Aitutaki is quiet and private. The accommodation first rate, spacious and all you could ever want.

The Staff and Management are extremely helpful and friendly. Saying this isnt really enough. They cater to your every whim. Nothing is too big or small. We were very impressed at their attention to detail.

Our Honeymoon was perfect, they even arranged a special romantic meal with a personalised menu and secluded location that was breath taking.

With this boutique sized resort you never feel like you are in a big hotel, the staff knew our names and were interested in what we wanted and how we were. We were more than just customers we were guests in the truest form.

Every meal we ate at Pacific Resort was absolutely first class, not only the dinner menu, but the lunch and breakfasts too.

If you want to spend some time in Paradise then Pacific Resort, Aitutaki is where we would recommend you go.

“Fantastic Honeymoon Destination”

We have recently returned from our honeymoon where we were lucky enough to have stayed a few nights at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki.
This is by the far most beautiful resort and location we have stayed at. The staff were fantastic, friendly, happy people and made us feel very welcome to their little island. The beachfront bungalow we had was very well located and comfortable.
I normally enjoy the odd seafood meal but the gamefish on offer in the Cook Islands was absolutely beautiful, and the Rapae Bay Restaurant served especially tasty Mahi mahi, wahoo, marlin and tuna.
Aitutaki is all it is advertised as, an absolutely stunning lagoon, and a fantastic place to relax for a few days, especially on a honeymoon.
If you are travelling to Rarotonga it would be absolutely criminal not to make the extra short flight to Aitutaki for a couple of nights to stay at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki.

We arrived to a pleasant welcome by the staff and were taken to our beachfront unit with our own balcony , steps to the beach complete with a freshwater shower.
The view along the beach with waving coconut palms and a clear wide lagoon was magic.
no other people in sight, the surf crashing on the outer reef the only sound. For great accomodation good food and a quiet holiday where time is not an issue we would recommend this resort.

“A Place You Must Visit - Fantastic Boutique Resort, Magical Locale”

Pacific Resort Aitutaki

What can i say? My experience was wonderful. It is refreshing to go to a hotel where customer service is a priority. Everything from a warm welcome and personal visits from the GM just to make sure everything was meeting my expectations. By the time I left after just 4 days, the entire staff knew the names of my mates.
We had a wonderful dinner on the beach complete with traditional dancing. The food was marvelous and the bar mixes some wonderful drinks (pretty strong too!). The rooms were spacious and clean. Make sure and get the larger villa complete with all glass double faucet shower - all the feeling of bathing outdoors with privacy. Jason (GM) went the extra distance and had one of his mates (Rodrigo) play the guitar the last night by the bar. Under the stars listening to the midnight surf... divine.
We spent a lot of time in the water deep sea fishing, snorkeling and spear fishing. There are very friendly local vendors to hire (Teking, Quinton, Mike) who will take you just about anywhere. They are friendly and trustworthy. We caught a yellow fin tuna while out fishing, and Mike cleaned and filleted it for us. He brought it back to the resort and the restaurant prepared it sashimi style complete with soy sauce, ginger and wasabi. To top it off, they brought it to the pool where we were swimming and complemented it with our favorite drink of the moment, the Singapore Sling.
A dinner out at Tapuna is a must. The chef is award-winning and clasically trained. The dishes combine the freshness of local produce with the flavor of the island... all coupled with her culinary creativity. One of the most memorable meals I've had in a long time.
There's much more to say about my experience, but I will cap it off by mentioning the beauty of the island its people. Everyone is nice and the one certainly feels safe whether you are running and riding around. Everyone waves hello and there are children having fund and smiling. I will defnitely make it a point to return.

...because you won't find words to describe how wonderful this resort is. We spent 10 days here, and were married on the beach - the ceremony was arranged beautifully by the hotel, a day we will never forget.

This place truly is paradise - we were treated like friends rather than guests. The service could not be improved on, the rooms are luxurious, the food is as good as any top class restaurant (but far more reasonable) and the setting is just breathtaking. The real gem in this hotel is the staff - talk about service with a smile. The team were so friendly, we ended up inviting some of them to our wedding!

The Black Rock Cafe blends a different cocktail 'special' each day and names it after a guest - nice touch! The spa is small but perfect - really soothing atmosphere and Chido made a very nervous bride to be relax and enjoy the day (great manicure and pedicure).

The hardest part about writing this review is telling people how amazing this place is - becuase once you visit, it's the kind of place you want to keep for yourself!

Well done Jason and all team - thanks for a memorable wedding and holiday.
