Clean room, small pool very close to the highway but OK
bed not comfortable but otherwise OK

One of the better Super 8's we stayed in. VERY clean inside and out. General Manager checked us in and he was very nice and professional. He even walked the grounds in the evening keeping an eye on things and picking up any trash he ran across. Very well cared for and it shows.

The hotel itself is very nice looking although the pool is at the front by the road which was a pity. We were in a room on the Ground (First for US) floor and would have preferred an upper room as could hear the footfalls of children in room above. The couple running the place were very helpful and friendly and they have a very cute small child who helped press the button for ice in the ice machine! Breakfast is in a room off the reception and they offer English muffins as well as the usual doughnuts/bagels so we were able to have something plain for breakfast. Cranberry juice was nicer than the orange but nice to have juice on offer. Free use of computer/Internet at reception meant I could research local restaurants.

Close to Safeways so we could get food to eat in our room or for hiking in Sedona. Close by for the Verde Canyon Railway. A very pleasant stay.

This was an average motel. The rooms were clean, and they had free breakfast (cold foods like cereal). The beds were not very comfortable, but for the price it's a good place to stay. I did not like the fact that the door opened to the outside, instead of having internal hotel doors, but I guess that's why it's a motel.
