We booked three rooms at the Docklands Hotel for one night and paid up front. We requested that two of the rooms have cots and that we can check in 2 hours early to get dressed for a wedding. Upon our arrival we were told that our booking was lost, they had no proof of payment and that our rooms were not ready. By this time we had three hysterical children and the hotel management took about 30 minutes to get one room ready for us. They could only find one cot and we were told that the other cot would be ready by the time we returned from the wedding. We put the children to sleep and waited another hour before the other two rooms were ready. When we returned from the wedding there still was only one cot. When asking the reception about this they said that they don’t have another one. Surprising considering that we booked well in advance and requested two cots, clearly someone lied about having two available.
Breakfast was stale, the service was non-existent and overall we were left with a bad taste in our mouths.
