Bundled for a few pesos more with a visit to El Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes Evita (about a block away and awesome), this museum delivers just what would be expected from a modern art museum. The most intriguing exhibits were some large elaborate "paintings" made with hair and others from tiny bits of clay. Very nice, and at the price worth the short time needed to see all the exhibits.

I really enjoyed this modern art gallery. They have lots of interesting pieces that are worth seeing so would recommend. It's definitely some of the best contemporary artwork that I've seen for some time. If you go to the Palace Museum opposite first you can get a combined ticket for both museums for 20 pesos as opposed to paying 15 for each.

should not miss it. His exhibitions are great. And you can find good books about the Argentinian art in its library.

Its a vanguard museum. Remember that on Wednesday all museums are free. It has many floors full of art. There are sculture, paint, sound and on wednesday there are movies!
