Nice hotel if you like to party at local bars, but very loud for business travelers. There is no way to get a fast breakfast or snack. You have to order all meals at the "restaurant" which entails walking up to the bar and requesting a menu. The food is expensive and so so (it's about $4.00 for a bad cup of coffee) , but if you want to eat, you have no choice but to pay for it.
The printer did not work in the "business center" which consists of two computers next to the bar in the back of the "restaurant." I had to get the tattoo-laden person at the receptionist desk to help me. The toilet was broken when I first checked into my room so I was given a room on a lower level. I also had to call down twice to get an iron and ironing board from the front desk. It was supposed to be in the room, but it took an hour to get it. Also, there was a single, very minimal roll of toilet paper in the room. And good luck fitting anything in the closet. They have it packed with this shoe-holder/organizer hanging-thing that doesn't move.
They supply ear plugs because of the local bar noise (hidden under a nice sign you don't notice until you've been in the room for a few minutes), but no one mentioned how noisy it would be when given the new room. I had the ear plugs in, but it was party, party, party at the bars until 2:00 a.m. - even mid-week. Nice when you have to go to a business meeting the next morning!
If you are going here for business, take your own food and get a quiet room. Otherwise, you may not get any sleep or have to spend a fortune on bad food. Also, the business center is a joke, and there are very few plugs for your electronics in the room. Yes, the Internet connection works, but that's about it. I also had to put a pillow on the chair in the room because it was solid, hard plastic.
This may be a good hotel for fun. It's very trendy and hip but definitely not a good hotel for business travelers!
