Better than my expectations. Its located in Village of Oak Creek so its about 5 miles south from Sedona. Its close to gas station/food and certainly has good views to the rocks. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is of decent quality as well. I recommend this hotel.

We drove over 1000 miles to get to Sedona. The views were breathtaking. The Views Inn was not good at all. The staff was unfriendly, did not smile and were very aloof. There are many other facilities in Sedona, please do not stay here. If the people are not glad to see guests come in, then I don't feel like they should get the business. The continental breakfast was lacking as well. Packaged muffins, granola bars and boxed juice was about it. The only thing that was warm was the sun and the bagel. They were late in opening too. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am, and the rude man could not drag himself in there earlier than 7:15. The only thing that saved me from totally ripping this hotel was the breathtaking magnificent views of one of the most georgeous places in the world.

It was a great value and the room was very nice. My husband opted for a room on the 2nd floor to take advantage of the view. But I'd rather not have the stairs to drag up all the luggage. The decor and bed was very nice. It was very roomy and airy too. There was a beautiful fused glass partition between the bathroom and bed areas. It was a nice touch.

Good value, except the sheet comforter covers were greaesy to the touch, and my dust allergys flared up in the room. I wish someone would wash the comforter covers. Stuck them im the bathroom so I could sleep. Not recomended for someone that is allergic to dust.
