We stayed here for 2 nights while celebrating an anniversary. The view from the back of the property is fantastic. The owners were great; they provided tons of information about things to do while we were in town, the best places to eat, etc. Carrie even called the restaurant where we were having dinner on our anniversary to request a special table for us. The breakfasts were excellent and served outdoors on the back patio (though I believe they move them indoors later in the summer). I'd recommend this place to anybody.

This lovely, intimate B & B exceeded our expectations! The owners were extremely friendly, hospitable and had a wealth of information about Sedona and the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and clean , with tremendous views and we enjoyed an awesome breakfast. Our only regret.....we had booked only one night!!

My husband and I travelled to Sedona for our honeymoon in October. We chose the Cozy Cactus because of the cute name and the great reviews it received online. We stayed in the Cowboy Hideaway Suite for three nights and it was awesome! Clean rooms, private entrance, amazing views and wonderful breakfasts. At night we relaxed in front of a cozy fire in our living room. We can't wait to revisit Sedona and when we do we will definitely stay at the Cozy Cactus.

We were at Cozy Cactus for two nights and happened to arrive quite early for check-in. Carrie and Mark greeted us with open arms anyway. We wanted to head to uptown Sedona so they gave us their books and maps and gave us some great ideas about where to go to spend the afternoon. The suite was perfect, the beds were wonderful, the patio overlooking Bell Rock was magnificent - including the critters that come for breakfast! Mark and Carrie treat you like very special guests and are so accommodating. We would recommend this B & B to everyone who might be looking for a very special place to call their home in Sedona.
