This is NOT in Sedona, but about 10-15 minute drive away. This didn't bother us though since hotels in Sedona are much more expensive. If you are just looking for a good deal with a clean, comfortable room (no frills), this place is for you!

The Wildflower Inn is actually located in the Village of Oak Creek on Highway 179 on the corner with Bell Rock Blvd. by the traffic lights. Sedona is about 3 to 4 miles north. The clean rooms have two double size beds, A/C, fridge, plenty of space, wash basin area outside the bathroom which itself is very adequate.

There is an outside viewing area on the second floor overlooking Bell Rock Mountain & great plac to see the sun rise and set.

The Inn provides a good continental breakfast in the reception area. In reception are binders showing a range of eating choices and activity providers in the area. The duty manager was very helpful.

Price was excellent for the great location and total package. Certainly would use this Inn again.

The staff was very nasty. The breakfast was inedible. Hot water for tea tasted mettalic and like coffee. There were very few food options. The rooms were not nice. Everything was of very low quality. They think they can charge you a lot just because it's in Sedona and when you book on-line, you don't know what you are getting. There are better values in Sedona. Suck it up and go to a chain motel if you have to. This place is bad.

Lowest rates we could find around Sedona but it is a long windy drive to get there. It didn't displease us because it is very close to a wonderful gourmet restaurant. The locale is just as beautiful as Sedona proper. Big rooms and beds. Clean. Gas fireplace is pleasant. Want to save money -- this is the place!
