This hotel is nice, but there are small details that make you wonder what the brand is (from a quality perspective). I hope they take the small suggestions I posted to make this hotel better. When you see the name you expect to have a stellar experience, and it was just average. I would stay at this hotel again, but they need to be clearer on WIFI is only free to Hilton Honors Gold or higher. The service staff seemed to be overwhelmed with the volume of guests too, maybe they need to increase the staff levels.

I think this is an average hotel as far as sleeping rooms go. Pool area is very nice. Restaurant and bar is excellent, food was great for the week we were there. Staff is great. I really appreciated the attentiveness of staff and work ethic. All staff seemed happy to be there which is rare for allot of hotels. I would surely recommend this hotel. I picked this hotel for my group of 30 for a week long meeting and it went very smoothly so I would not hesitate to place another meeting there.

My husband and I stayed here, having had good experiences at Embassy Suites - Biltmore at 24th and Camelback. This layout is completely different, however. It feels more like a motel than a hotel. You don't need to go through reception to get to your room - you drive right up to the back of it. Rooms are average - decent and clean. Exterior is pretty dusty, being right next to the highway. And if your room is on the highway side, you'll be hearing some extra noise. It was convenient to ASU for graduation, but not somewhere I'd return to.

Room tip: Ask for a room that isn't on the highway side.

Very good hotel. The van drivers Tim and John are very helpful with directions and advice. Once you ask them a question they greet you each day and really remember you. We did not take the van since we had a car.
The place is lovely with a great pool and outside sitting area. The rooms are lovely two rooms with a separate lr and frigde and microwave. My only complaint re room is that the towels could be softer. Also try not to get a room facing east very light in the morning and do not take one facing rt 60 I found the traffic noisy in the am.
The breakfast here were the best I have had anywhere even for money. The 2 lady omlette makers were wonderful with lots of selecitons, as was the made to order french toast..
Many other choices including oatmeal, eggs, meat, potatoes cereals breads and lots of fresh fruit.

Room tip: one not on top of Rt 60 and not facing east since room darkeners were not dark enough

few items were missing, the room is ok nothing to right home about. the pool is nice and the location is right off the freeway. Breakfast is good i wish they had green tea in the mornings. the hotel itself is older but the staff does try to accommodate everyone.. i would still stay at this hotel again
