Two night stay with two rooms for family. FOR the price, we cannot really complain too much but would like to see the corporate office get involved in the upkeep of this hotel. The MAIN concern was security...back entrance to the hotel was unsecured. No key was needed to access the back door, this was discovered by my 14 year old. Our room key wouldn't unlock the door until he lifted the hand upward...the door opened right up, without a key, to an isolated stairway alcove...prime location for an attack. Next up, down stairs ice machine not working, reported both issues to the front desk and the attitude was quite nonchalant. This was after we were moved from room 101 because the toilet backed up. We asked for a manager and we were told the manager was on vacation, that the maintenance man had gone home and we just needed to change rooms. We are already booked here for two nights so we will work it out...we did do a bed bug check...I will update this post if there is an issue in the morning. The hotel management would do well to respond to concerns posted here.
