Just finishing up a week long stay here for business and I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience! Comfy beds, nice selection at breakfast and an AWESOME staff--specifically Jared at the front desk. He really went above and beyond for us and made us feel like family--printing us maps, finding us a laundromat and always ensuring that amazing antioxidant guest water jug is nice and full for us after a long day, what a guy! Thanks BW for another great stay :)

Management is Amazing!! In particular, the main guy Jared is such an amazing person! From the moment I walked into the hotel he was super helpful and so friendly. Every time we needed something or had a question, he would go out of his way to figure out the answer or to get what we needed! He definitely knows what is up! He is what every hotel should have standing behind the front desk! His smile is BOMB! Can't get any other guy better than Jared! Because of him I will most definitely come stay at the Best Western Inn again when I come back to Tempe, Arizona!

Room tip: We stayed in the room close to the breakfast room, so not having to walk far to get breakfast early in the morning was super ideal! :)

Pleasantly surprised with the stay here. I didn't know what to expect, but it is a nice hotel. Clean and quiet, which is surprising since I'm not sure it could get any closer to the off-ramp from the freeway. Add that it is also under the approach and departure path from Sky Harbor airport, it is amazingly quiet.

The front desk staff was very helpful, offering routes around town as well as dining suggestions. Convenient to most everywhere we needed to be. Access is a bit interesting, as you have to be going South on Scottsdale Road to be able to turn into the parking lot. The parking lot is small and suffers from the "good intentions" of urban planners, being all chopped up with planters and curves and such, making navigation interesting especially in a larger vehicle pulling a u-haul trailer. Still we were able to get around okay and park the trailer just fine toward the back.

The elevator was a bit creaky. The air conditioning in the hallway was a bit lacking, but it is the hallway I suppose. In the room it was fine, although it still managed to get warm in the afternoon. Didn't get the opportunity to try out the "endless" lane pool or the "hot" tubs, I can't imagine in that heat that they need to be heated. We were wanting to take cool showers but even with the water barely turned on to Cold only the water was still tepid, almost warm. Guess it comes with the territory. The included breakfast was basic, but sufficed. I'm a sucker for the fresh waffles to be sure. The bacon was paper thin, but had good flavor, the sausage was good. The hashbrowns were a why bother and the eggs were dry. Still, it worked for us. The room was nice, clean, well kept. No lack of pillows or towels. The beds were adequate, had to pick specific spots on the beds to be covered by the air conditioning though. It was nice to see that a shield had been put on the a/c unit to keep the air coming out into the room when the curtains were closed; too many times we've stayed where once the curtains were closed all the air went up behind them instead of in the room.

All in all a good place to stay, good value for the price.

Very friendly staff, nice location, nice place to stay. one worry have when staying at a hotel is the water pressure for a shower, no worries here. Very clean and nice. Highly recommend this place to stay at. easy check in and easy check out. plenty of breakfast food and selections.

The location of this hotel is perfect for business or pleasure associated with Arizona State University events. The staff are very competent, rooms are clean, and parking is adequate. Breakfast items leave much to be desired. Front Desk staff were terrific.
