First impressions weren’t so hot here. When a person the front desk asks for your name you’d expect them to listen to your response, not start a random conversation with their colleague. Do you really need to ask your client 3 times for their name? In my mind, this is very slack customer service. This place was simple motel-type accommodation and at the time was the cheapest place in and around the Grand Canyon National Park. Its location was ideal, being a 5 minute drive from the entrance to the park. There are a lot of fast food restaurants just across the road from the hotel, which was convenient. Our stay here wasn’t particularly memorable, it wasn’t good or bad, it just was. I do remember good water pressure though. We paid a rate of $135US for the room. Not much more to tell than that.More
