I booked 2 rooms through Orbitz for my 86 year old father and myself. We arrived at the hotel at 4:10 just after check in time and were told that online agencies always overbook and there were no rooms for us. I had the reservation in hand and I had already paid in full two days prior. The desk clerk said there was a rodeo in town so they were full and I should get a refund from Orbitz and find another room. I complained and begged and she told me to call back in an hour and she might have a room. It seemed unlikely at this point. The desk clerk was unhelpful and unapologetic. I called Orbitz but there was an 8 minute hold and I was on a roaming cell phone. I called Hotels.com who answered and they found me a couple of rooms at a HoJo across town for about $50 dollars more. I eventually got hold of Orbitz on the hotel phone and they agreed to refund my money but they could not reissue my %15 off coupon. They did give me a $10 off promo code. I believe the fault was the hotel's not the travel agency as the hotel admitted to Orbitz I had a reservation and a room had not been available.

We stayed at this Inn when we were in town for a dog show. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed including a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was reasonably comfortable. There was plenty of green space for walking and pottying the dogs. Wifi worked great...air conditioning worked fine if we needed it.Then the price of the room was unbeatable especially considering everything we got for the money. The only real downside was the front desk staff....they were not at all friendly or efficient. One guy was helping one person, while 2 others were sitting there or walking past us looking at us doing nothing. But because we didn't have to deal with them much it was still more than worth it to stay there...and i will most likely stay there again next year when we go for the dog show.

Front desk service stimks. You can wait around for up to ten minutes for help (as you watch an employee talk on the phone in the back room) Hotel staff is rude, except for a guy named Brandon. He was nice. Room I stayed in was not cleaned. The coffee pot still had the coffee grounds in it. Beds are either too hard or way to broke in. Carpet doesn't look like it has been changed since the early 80's. if you are looking for a dirty but cheap hotel, this is it. Kind of reminds me of a hotel we would get in high school to throw a party in.

I stayed here last night and had a very nice quiet clean room for the money. Wifi worked great and they even had flat screen TVs. Nothing fancy but actually nicer than I expected for the $50 rate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice cheap place to stay in Yuma. They don't have there own breakfast but give you a voucher for a free breakfast next door at Penny's Diner and it was very good.

Clean and quiet motel. Good location away from main highway. Excellent breakfast. Reasonably priced. Would stay again when in Yuma.
