What got me early on were the carne asada tacos. Served on double mini corn tortillas for $1.25 apiece, they could be an app or an entre. Fajitas darn good. If you love shrimp, try their shrimp cocktail. It's like a Bloody Mary on steroids. Try the shrimp nachos. Try the carnitas. Try the chicken mole. Yes, I said it, chicken mole. Best damn Mexican food in the area. I am from South Texas, went to school in Austin, experienced Mi Tierra in San Antonio. Then moved to Southern Cal and discovered fish tacos. I now live in Eureka Springs and can say enthusiastically that Taqueria Navidad is my home away from home. Jump on in!
