I was a bit worried when I booked this after reading the reviews but everything was great.

Think we got a recently renevated room as it was spotless and the bathroom was great, loads of space.

Food was good, plenty of choice on a night time. Breakfasts and lunches were always pretty similar but all fresh and no tummy upsets to be had (believe me if there's something a miss with the food I get ill straight away).

The entertainment staff were great and we had a good laugh joining in the daft games. They did the entertainment day and night and although the night time was mainly them dancing and miming to tunes it was usually very funny.

Only 12 euros in a taxi to Las Americas if ya fancy a different night out.

No probs gettin sunbeds, no bad queues like others were complaining about.

Only complaint to be had were the lifts which were a bit ropey, just get in and don't move would be my advice.

Just got back from this hotel on Wednesday and couldnt realy fault it. Food was good even with two small children. There was always something they would eat. Staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly especialy with the kids. We had a suite on the 16th floor and it was lovely and clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom and fantastic view out to sea. Our 3 yr old and 17 month old especialy liked the mini disco at night and were up there dancing their socks off every night. Resort is quite quiet and I was expecting that after reading some of the reviews on here but to be honest there was more there than I expected. Nothing negative to say about it realy. Will definately be making another visit.

well after reading some reviews i was a little woried , but i can honestly say we had a boss holiday, the weather was fantastic it hit 35 C some days but never felt it so make sure you put plenty of sun tan lotion in your suitcases.
The food was very nice we found there was lots of choice with both hot or cold buffet and plenty of very nice desserts on offer.
Are rooms were massive ,there were two rooms with loads of space a full lenth mirror which for any girl is amust on holls the bathroom had the usual shower but with a full size bath.and the veiw from are balcony was fab [ we were on the 14 floor]
The kids club was fandabbydozy inthe words of my 9 year old, there were two running nearly every day the hotel run one was on twice a day 11-1 and 3-5 they were great with the kids and went out of there way to be nice, thompsons club was on from 1.30-3.30 and was in the sister hotel next door that was also very nice but my little girl liked the hotel one better and to tell the truth if she had of gone it would of ment i would not of seen her from 11-5 and that would not of really been a family holiday tempting as it may seem .
My daughter had her birthday while we were away and the reps really made a fuss of her getting her up on stage and making every body sing happy birthday to her she loved every miuite of it .
We made some loverly friends while there and generly just had a very fun filled and chilled holiday.I would recomend this to anyone looking for a good value peaceful holidays with plenty going on in the hotel for both young and old.
P.S. our Jess loved the hotel so much she did not want to go on any of the trips out which is somethink she allways wants to do.

Booked a holiday last minute, and wanted an all inclusive with some SUN!!

Compared to other hotels it was quite basic (you had to hire practically everything eg. hairdryers, safe key...) but it was very clean, the staff were friendly and the food was fresh. I'm picky about buffet food, with the worry of what goes on behind closed doors, but am pleased to report that everything on display was fresh.

As noted before, you will need to pay to hire a hairdryer. I would recommend taking your own as the one i borrowed sparked and started burning inside!

Would recommend catching the bus to the next couple of villages (adeje, americas, los christianos...) as its really cheap, great for souvenier shopping, and is a nice change of scenery for a day or evening out.

Playa paraiso is lovely and quiet, WITHOUT 'street-sellers' pusing timeshares, sunglasses and hair-brading!

If you would like to try scuba diving, i'd definitely recommend that you go and see Alex at the Barracuda dive centre (by lago lido, just beside the hotel). He's very patient, very clear and its brilliant fun whether you're experienced or if its your first time.

PS. I would definietly choose Fiesta Floral Hotel over Fiesta Oasis Hotel (next door) as you definitely get more benefits, such as free entry into Lago Lido rather than just discounted entry.
