We booked this hotel for a very much needed xmas break. We arrived close to midnight after a very long day and were met by an elderly gentleman who didn't speak a word of english. However he did manage to get over to us that the hotel was over booked and we would have to go to another hotel. As it was midnight there was no chance of speaking to a manager so we had no choice. We were downgraded to a 2 star appartment which quite frankly was awful. The next morning we went to reception to complain, we then met at least 4 other couples in the same situation. We had to wait another night before we could have a room at the Bonanza, this wasted 2 days of our much needed break which we spent sorting this out and also repacking our suitcases. We did not receive any apology and therefore if you book this hotel we hope that you are one of the lucky ones, as this is a very good 3 star hotel.
