We stayed here for a nice relaxing night after a mad weekend away. Got a very reasonable room only rate, worth looking around for best rates.
The hotel is one of the strangest layouts i have ever seen. It is divided into a number of different buildings so its easy to get lost! We had booked a "courtyard view" superior room. No problems booking in, although they do adhere to their check in time of 2pm. Can't blame them when they have so many rooms to clean!
Room was lovely, very spacious with a comfy bed and chairs and a swivelling TV. We also had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, if only it had been summer! The bathroom was very clean with nice big fluffy towels and a powerful shower.
The leisure facilities are good with a nice pool and jacuzzi. Only problem is that you have to go outside to get there. Not great with wet hair after a swim!
For dinner we decided to try the on-site pub "The Farmers Arms". We were a bit limited on menu choice as it was Sunday evening and they had run out of some of the menu choices. However we chose the chargrilled chicken and it was very tasty. Service was also great.
Overall a really good stay.

I was travelling to the area and stayed here for a night on business. I must say I couldnt fault the place. Its good honest hotel where you get what you pay for . Rooms were clean, bar was nice and big with a good choice and good emmenities in the hotel. I have stayed previosuly with the family and would stay again.
I agree with the other reviews on this hotel - a good place to stay

Business service (e.g., internet access)Stayed here for one night for a £68 B+B Goverment rate, having stayed here previously. It is a large comfortable BW hotel with good quality rooms. However, this time we were accommodated in the courtyard- which looks fairly grim from the outside, although the rooms are just as good as in the main block. I was concerned about being placed behind the bar, but had no worries about noise, was it that I stayed in until closing time? The breakfast service is improved from my last stay, as it is a help yourself buffet with a good array of hot and cold items. The plastic key I was given for my room didn't work- so I had to return to reception to get another key issued. Other gripes were a fairly poor TV reception ( also experienced by a work colleague) a very fiddly shower mechanism mounted above the bath taps and immediately behind the pillows a vast selection of electrical sockets - which either is dangerous or uncomfortable if you move around in bed!
As we eat out in KL I can't comment on the food and too much time in the bar ( a good hotel bar - with a large selection of ales) meant I didn't try the pool/gym!
Overall a good comfortable hotel with a good range of facilities, easy to get to set in a quiet location.

This is a really nice hotel with kind, pleasant and happy staff who are pleased to make sure guests have a good stay. There are a range of rooms at different prices and after looking around, all we found were pleasant and good value. Some are excellent. The hotel is situated outside Kings Lynn and easy to find on the junction of two major roads....but rooms are set back from the road and quiet. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant is a lovely place to start the day...bright, well furnished and overlooking the garden. Our room was £90 a night and overlooked an inner courtyard. Good value for money for the quality provided, well ahead of another hotel at the same price in Kings Lynn from which we moved. A really nice stay.
