Despite the fact that the rooms were looking a little tired and in need of a refurb, they were clean. Where this hotel picks up points however, is the quality of the service. The check in was fast and friendly, and I can't say enough to complement the service staff in the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent, I ate from both menu options, and both were first class. This isn't the kind of place you'd take the missus, as it is a little out of the way, but as a business person, or someone with a couple of days stay, it really is value for money. Oh, and Rowena the singer is just adorable.

1970's hotel ,clean and typical of the chain. Easy to find but not really much to do and bar area is attached to reception. Food is ok but the staff do their best to give excellent service but the restaurant could do with being spruced up. Rooms were tidy and of a decent size, just very very hot.

This hotel is located on a roundabout of two main roads so is in a very convenient spot for touring Norfolk and Lincolnshire. Sandringham is very near by as our some beautiful beaches on the coast. The room was not elaborate by any means but was certainly comfortable. There are many restaurants and services nearby. All in all it was very good value.

Arrived at this hotel late at night just as the restaurant was closing but the manager on seeing that we had just arrived and were in need of an evening meal warned the staff that a late order was about to be recieved and then we were rewarded with an excellent meal served by nice friendly staff who did not appear upset at being given the task of attending to our needs.
The room was lovely very comfortable and although the hotel is not near to any amenities that I am aware of it is an excellent place to be based to tour about as it was also in a nice quiet spot yet near to the main roads to access the Norfolk countryside.
if I ever had to go back to Norfolk i would have no hesitation in staying here.
