“Simple, Dainty, Carefully prepared Food, Nice and Friendly Staff, Owner-couple were at hand to greet diners”
I've been to several restaurants and food outlets in Tagaytay but this one is really memorable. During our visit, it was my wife made the reservations and other arrangements and so I just "went with the flow."
The place didn't have a signage and so it was really word-of-mouth and social media advertising that made Marcia Adams popular. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the restaurant located in the middle of a garden planted with a variety of flowering plants, herbs and trees.
The menu was not really extensive but its substantive. I consider the food simple but you get the feeling that it was meticulously prepared with fresh and well-selected ingredients. The staffmembers were friendly and helpful. They didn't mind that we stayed longer as my wife and I lounged after the meal, drank coffee and spent almost the rest of the afternoon before proceeding to our hotel. We also took pictures of the lovely and colorful place.
The owner-couple were at the restaurant to greet diners. When we were about to leave, Marcia Adams was at the kitchen but her husband showed us out and we even had our pictures taken with him.
