The nice thing about this hotel was the desk manager - very friendly person. They didn't have an elevator to the 2nd floor (strange???) but he carried my bags upstairs. Bad thing...location....it's almost an industrial area. We got there after dark and didn't feel very comfortable driving around. But, do find Corky's nearby. It was an awesome place to eat. Anyway, back to the room. Hair on soap in the shower and a dirty bathroom floor. Yuck. I always travel with a can of lysol and I'm glad I did at this one!

We just returned from a visit to Little Rock. We met some friends we had not seen for several years. I was a little worried about the hotel after reading the most recent review. Of course I had already booked the rooms and then read the review. :) It was a great surprise when we found the bed was comfortable. We slept great. The staff were all helpful in giving directions and even recomendations to what to see and where to eat. I really would like to thank both Sandy and Pam. They made our stay enjoyable. The only complaint I would have is the pool was not working properly. It was available, but the filtering system was not cleaning the dirt from the bottom of the pool. Other then that our stay was great.

I've stayed at some fine Comfort Inns, but this is not one of them. The mattress was so horrible that we barely slept. It actually titled downwards at the bottom! The pillows were like rocks. Do not stay here, there are plenty of other hotels off I-40. The good note was that the staff was very nice. We were late for breakfast, it was right after they stopped serving officially, and a staff member got us some food. If the mattress hadn't been so awful, I would have given this a good rating. But you go to a hotel to sleep, and there was none to be had here.

Stayed here for two nights in June. Nice clean rooms with queen size beds. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Better service than a hotels costing twice as much. Pool was very clean and located behind the hotel out of the way. Breakfeast was the usual, coffee, cereal, juice and fruit. The front desk clerk was also keeping the breakfeast bar cleaned and stocked and chatting to the guests. I don't have her name but she should get an award. The hotel was booked full both nights we stayed, but we never had any trouble with noise or hot water. Not much close to this hotel but other hotels, a gas station and the world's slowest McDonald's.
