My partner and I booked a short break away before Christmas, The hotel was looking good when we arrived the welcome was ok. Our room was not as described and certainly not 4* more like a 3*. The reception staff were fairly friendly but it was the buffet style breakfast that fair took our breath away, not to mention our appetites. Thank god for the fresh fruit and toasting machine as the cooked offerings were just awful. everything ( sausage, bacon, eggs etc) all cooked in one huge wok type pan and absolutely swimming in oil....not nice.!

If you are looking for an ok hotel then this will do you. We managed to get it for a snip of a price so the hotel wasn't too dissappointing had we paid full price we would have been most upset.

So neither terrible nor fabulous just ok.

We stayed at the HM Gran Fiesta for 2nights for a short break. The hotel is literally 10 minuts from the airport so from touching down to getting a taxi, we were in thehotel in 25 minute (we travelled with hand luggage).

The resort is predominantly German, which means that there are no hen or stag parties to contend with.

The restaurants in the local area are basic, and a bit monotonous, but for a short break, that suited us just fine.

The rooms are very basic, and a bit tired, but very clean and we had a fabulous view from our balcony.

There is a good choice of hotels in the general area so we would definitely go back to the area for a short break without hesitation.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was in a great position, you could go for walks along the seafront in both directions for ages and all along the way there are plenty of shops to browse in and bars and restaurants.
The hotel was very clean and the food good, although as previously stated it does cater more for the german guests.
Would go back but probably not when it is busy, think it would be very crowded.

Excellent choice for a winter/out of season break. Hotel 4* and is well located on the sea front at Playa de Palma, 50 yards from the Beach. 10 minutes by Taxi from Airport. The accommodation is first class, all rooms appear to have sea view, Staff very friendly, but most hotel residents are German and the Breakfast and Buffet Dinner is very much geared up to there tastes.
My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights and would recomment this Hotel certainly for a short break or out of season retreat.
