For years I had been a customer of the chain Fogo De Chao ( in Houston, Beverly Hills, and some other places that I could not remember). I also have tried other Churrascaria restaurants which tried to imitate Fogo De Chao, but always failed on the quality of the meat, choices of food/meat and superb service. Fogo De Chao is a little bit pricier than most, but you get what you paid for.
I believe that for a steak lover, this offers more choices and is less boring/stuffy than a traditional steak restaurant, such as Sparks in Manhattan NY or Peter Luger in Brooklyn NY, per example.
