This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
There is almost no parking, we had to park across the street.
There was a nintendo game controller hooked to the TV. our 5 yr old grabbed it thinking he was going to play a video game. Instead he ordered a movie. We paused the movie within a few seconds and called the front desk to tell them what had happened and that we were not watching and did want to watch a movie. They said they would take care of it. about 15 minutes later a secruity guard showed up saying he was there to fix the TV. we explained again what had happened. He said he would cancel it.
1/2 an hour latter the front desk called and said since we had ordered a movie and waited 45 minutes to try and cancel it we would have to pay for it, we explianed that we had notified them within a few seconds, the staff was rude and totally unwilling to help. The tub faucet didn't work, the thermost for the air conditioner didnt work, the outlet in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. supposedly the room came with free high speed internet, which we were unable to connect to. When i asked the staff for help they handed me a phone #, this was on a saturday morning, when I called the # i was told they would turn it over to a technician and call me back on monday. Very helpful. With out exception the staff at this hotel was rude and totally unwilling to help with any requests or questions we had.

First I would like to explain that it takes several steps in proper sequence to order a movie, too just pick up the game controller and then start a movie well ???? but that is only one issue...the guest was never charged for the movie, and when they said they had a problem we sent someone to correct it. Regarding the other mentioned issues, we take all comments seriously. After being notified of a problem we will respond accordingly, as the guest did not complain about the other issues until this post, we have already repaired the said issues. Regarding the free high speed internet, we offer free wirless connectivity throughout the entire hotel, some laptops need to be configured to recieve the signal, although most all new laptops connect instantly, the support number is 24 hours, and I did contact the vendor regarding this to make sure it does not happen again, we also offer a business center in the lobby, plus hard wire in the event a guest does not have wireless capabilities, and we offer this at no charge.
