I found the hotel after consulting the hotelcouponguide. The price was great. The hotel is just off the interstate and close to the Burbank Airport. There is lots to do in the immediate area. The hotel is quaint and kind of smallish. My non smoking king room was clean and fresh looking. The rooms are centered around a court yard and swimming pool. There is a cafe and bar off of the hotel lobby and looking over the court yard. My full hot breakfast at the cafe was less then $10 and very good. I would definitely return to this hotel. For the greater Burbank - Hollywood area this is extremely nice hotel (considering the reasonable price).

Got a fair price of $90 for holiday weekend night. The place is a little hard to find and is in kind of a weird location. Staff was very nice from the get go. We got to our room and the remote for the TV did not work. I called the front desk and they sent up a security guard, who didn't seem to know much about the TV but between he and I we figured it out. He was very courteuos and made sure things were OK before he left. One thing that was a downside was the pool. NOT HEATED! Eeek. The kids were a little disappointed. We went out for dinner in Glendale and the manager gave me directions to the place I wanted to go to. Very nice guy. Overall the rooms are a bit dated, but the interior courtyard was very pretty with large trees. Seems like an older resort hotel that has just not been fully restored. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and the server was great. I felt safe at this place even though the surrounding area looked a little scetchy.
Close to the freeway too. Overall, not a bad place. Cheap, and safe. Just heat the pool!

Not the best Ramada Inn, needs some serious updating. Only stayed one night since we were catching a flight the next morning. One night is about all anyone would need to stay. The room was very large, however, the furnishing looked like they had been there since the 60's. The bed however was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Shuttle to the Burbank airport which was very nice.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was the perfect example of a trashy motel...but it was supposed to be a Ramada (thought that meant something) I reserved a jacuzzi suite for a "romantic getaway" The parking area is frightening, you have to walk past refuse and bins of dirty laundry overflowing out of the laundry room to get in to find your room. The elevator smells and shakes. The room I was in had terribly repaired water damage from what was obviously a flood of the upstairs jacuzzi. The plaster and vents were cracked, mildewed, and unevenly patched. The room reaked of mildew, the drapes were ripped and the furniture broken and below poor quality. The bathroom door was black with mildew as was the shower (where there was even grout left) The jacuzzi did not work, when a repair guy came, he filled it partway, turned it on and it soaked the whole room, including me, the bed, my computer, etc. He said it needed a part he did not have...no jacuzzi suite. We went to the bar to have dinner and during the course of the evening the bartender got so drunk she could not stand up, she was flashing people, tripping, dropping things, double or triple charging, making out with friends she invited, taking pictures of her friends flashing their breasts and calling people on her cell phone and cussing them out. She kept turning on and off the tv, she eventually got fired...so the bar was closed the next night...no bartender. One of the waitresses brought her poor daughter to sit ALL EVENING in the bar and have dinner while she worked and that little girl had to see and hear the bar drama and nudity (not a place for children). Got back to the room..HBO does not work...the antenna, they said wasn't working. The management did not handle ANY OF THESE ISSUES to our satisfaction... (there were far more small details but this is a breif synopsis of the not so romantic getaway)

American Airlines should be ashamed to expect their flight crews to stay here!!!! The regular crew hotel was full so they called down their hotel list until they found rooms at the Ramada Burbank. This hotel is in an unsafe part of town. There are several television/security monitors behind the front desk. No offense to the homeless but it was obvious that this hotel caters to those without a home to live in---My room had a hot tub right next to the bed. Gross! We left after seeing our rooms. Take my advice---I have spent 25 years working for AA and only once have I felt the accomodations arranged for us were unsafe, filthy and dangerous---and it was this time... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
