Just needed to overnight one night on my way to Mexico here. Was difficult to find shuttle to hotel, had to take a taxi, but not really their fault.
I really appreciated the automated check in because there was a line of guests, and I was able to bypass it. Also liked the online-check in kiosk for my airline flights as I was leaving! Popular so there was a line, but saved me from a much longer line at the airport.
Rooms were nice and adequate. I paid for a "Bay View" room and the view of the bay was from a lower floor, so not the best, and the automated check in doesn't allow you to choose a specific room. Not terribly disappointed, just an FYI.
Food service in the sportsbar type lounge was good quality, but slow. Service at breakfast was fantastic! Very attentive with little extra touches nicely added. Buffet standard, with a couple nice standouts.
All over a nice stay at an airport property that could be even more overlooked than normal.
