We received a gift certificate as a gift a couple of years ago and decided to use it to celebrate our 10th year anniversary. A great decision we made. It was our first experience staying at a B&B, and I must say it was a great experience. Ms. Darla made our stay so comfortable it was as if we were at home! Her homemade breakfasts were delicious and she delivered it right to your room. And really, the rooms were so big, it really was like we were in our own room. It was really a nice get-away and made our 10th anniversary special!

In March, we stayed at the Foothill House for the third time! We actually even spent our pre-honeymoon here in 2004! It is a fantastic B&B and we were so happy to share our love for this place and its innkeeper, Darla, with good friends from LA this time. From the room (Redwood, this time) to the breakfast to wine hour, we love every part of this place and will continue to return to it for years.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Darla, we felt at home. The room was much larger than we expected from viewing the pictures. Darla was the perfect hostess during the food and wine hour.....

Not only was our room immaculate but romantic as well. We had a lovely bottle of champagne waiting for us upon our arrival and a lovely fire during the night hours.

The complimentary breakfast was exceptional...This was our first time to stay at the foothill but we will be back as much as time allows. My husband and I found our love grow deeper during our stay.....He is a soldier and will be leaving for a year but this is one memory which will keep our romance alive for a very long time.

The Foothills House and it's innkeeper, Darla Anderson, provided a wonderful experience. From the nice rooms to her outstanding hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Her breakfasts are outstanding! She delivers them to your room, or you can choose to join the other guests outside or in the sunroom. Darla went over and beyond in helping us choose restaurants, made our dinner reservations, recommended wineries, and where to buy a picnic lunch and a good spot to enjoy it! We highly recommend this bed and breakfast! We will definitely return one day!!
