I was pleased to efind a hotel in this price range in Calistoga, and so close to Indian Springs. When we arrived BOTH front desk employees were standing out front smoking cigarettes. The man seemed to have a hard time figuring out his computer, so it took longer than necessary. The room was adequate. It was clean enough and very basic. When I got home yesterday I checked my bank account and was shocked to see they had charged me an extra $500!!!!! on my debit card. I called the property immediately and was told that the maid said someone had smoked in the room. WE DON'T SMOKE!!!! I tried to reason with them, to no avail. This is criminal and I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again. I plan to contest this charge and will take them to small claims court if I have to. Don't stay at this pedestrian corporat hotel. Calistoga has way better places to stay than this.

We stayed at this hotel while touring Napa Valley. It is located in a great spot and is very easy to access all the vineyards. This hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I am tough to please in the room department and it offered everything you need.

It was nice to get up in the morning and go to the desk and get coffee and meet in the seating area with our friends and plan our day. Also after a long day of touring vineyards and a nice dinner it was great to come back to the pool and hot tub! All very clean and well kept.

This hotel is priced great and is a pleasure. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the Stevenson for three nights and were pleased with the experience. Quiet and convenient location, big room, above average continental breakfast with fresh fruit, and very helpful staff. Had a great time in wine country and look forward to returning to Calistoga and the Stevenson.

Great place to stay! Large comfortable and clean rooms. Nice grounds with pool, hot tub, steam and sauna. Very short walk to town. Highly Recommended
