The hotel is pretty nice. The rooms are average. View would be really good except for the construction (very temporary issue).

The problem: I had one minute of warm water in the shower and then ice cold. I mentioned this to two different clerks, one in the morning and one in the evening. They both made no attempt to correct the situation. It was really poor customer service.

I'm not looking forward to my shower tomorrow!

It was a very nice hotel. The suite room was big & clean. The continental breakfast was superb!

Booked this through Priceline. Upon arriving couldn't get the room with 2 queen beds as the place was full due to a wedding so....we got upgraded to a suite. How sweet is that? Slept there 3 nights. Didn't hear another person above or below or beside the whole time. Lovely. Prompt front desk. Beautiful grounds overlooking lakes and ducks. Peaceful even though it's in the heart of the city activity. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights before we went on our first cruise and we were so delighted at where the hotel is located...very nice area, Performing Arts Center, restaurants & mall is just a walk away. The lobby is very nice looking & clean...wait until we saw our suite room...I went & checked for the bathroom...very clean! The room is big & absolutely gorgeous. We don't want to leave the room. The servcie was excellent & continental breakfast buffet was to die for. I highly recommend this hotel with big thumbs up!
