My husband and I visited the Farmhouse Inn with friends in June. The weather was unseasonably warm but our rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon after touring the wine country and enjoyed the fire pit each evening after dinner. The service and hospitality were excellent. We were very grateful to the concierge for checking us in on our Southwest flight for the next day as we were on route to SF and could not do it. We were in the "A" group. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we will be back and will recommend the inn to our families and friends. We look forward to your new section of suites coming next year.

We stayed one night and left wanting more. The service, the food and amenities were all excellent!

My husband spent two wonderful nights at the Farmhouse Inn and wish we could have extended our trip to stay longer. We were greeted at check in by extra friendly staff, and quenched our thirst over sparklingly water while they helped us plan our afternoon. Their amazing attention to detail starts in the room where you have freshly baked cookies waiting and soft music playing in the background. We were also treated to two chocolate truffles, to celebrate our anniversary. While you might think skipping breakfast, as it starts at 9am, you can’t miss it. We had two wonderful breakfasts that kept us full during all those wine tastings just down the street on West Side Road. I can’t say enough about the staff and their knowledge of the area for wineries to visit, places to shop and eat and if you want to splurge you have to have dinner at the Inn. Dinner was an event in and of itself and we had an amazing meal with wonderful wine pairings to celebrate our anniversary and then spent the rest of the evening sipping wine and toasting gourmet marshmallows over the fire pit. If you are planning to spend anytime in the Russian River Valley The Farmhouse Inn is the place to do it!

The Farmhouse Inn in the heart of the Russian River Valley is the perfect base from which to taste wines in the Sonoma Valley. This is what I call a "detail place"....the staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. My wife loved her treatments at the spa, and I loved the fresh baked cookies and cold milk delivered to our room each day. Breakfast and dinner at the Farmhouse restaurant were both excellent. We particularly enjoyed the little details that made our room special: a fireplace, a sauna, a wonderful jacuzzi tub, and walls covered with romantic passages from Hemingway's "A moveable Feast". Only one negative .... we didn't stay long enough.
