We have never experienced such great hospitablity! Diana and Allan are the perfect hosts!! Diana's breakfasts are delicious. She cheerfully took all the time we needed for restaurant and winery recommendations, and never made us think she had anything more important to do. Diana and Allan hosted a beer tasting party for the guests and Allan demonstrated his expansive knowledge of the world's beers - everyone enjoyed it and it was so different than the typical wine and cheese hour at most B+Bs in the wine country. Our room was nicely furnished, quite comfortable and a very good value. We agree with the other TripAdvisor reviewers who have rated this the # 1 B+B in Forestville!!!! If you want to be treated like family, this is the place to go!

“Case Ranch Inn will not Disappoint”

Case Ranch Inn B&B

16 May 2007

What a great Inn. We stayed over the Labor Day Weekend 2006. Not only is the Inn everything you would want it is a value as well. The room, bathroom and closet are very spacious. The decor is lovely without being too much. What a comfortable bed! The inn was a great place to base ourselves from (great location). Diane, the innkeeper, recommended several local eateries and wineries that were awesome. We would definately stay there again and hope too soon.

Crackers in California
11 May 2007

Very quiet setting, nice backyard gardens. The rooms and backyard cottage are in excellent condition. The cottage is a great place to come "home" to after a day rafting or wine tasting.

The breakfasts were excellent, and anything we needed to find restaurants, places was eagerly provided by Diane.

I have stayed in many Napa/Sonoma hotels and resorts - but this is really what the ideal experience should be like. Very hospitable, clean, and well-thought, and relaxing. I almost feel like I'm in southern France with the backyard gardens, the lavender plants, and fountain.

Before I booked this place, I was a bit concerned with so many 5 star ratings from Trip Advisor - it seemed to good to be true. However, now I understand why people feel compelled to rate this so highly. We will go back!

Santa Fe, New Mexico

On our first visit to Case Ranch, we found our room to be sun-filled and cozy, the breakfasts yummy, fresh and healthy and our hosts most gracious. Diana, one of the owners, had loads of information on the surrounding countryside, lesser known but good wineries and restaurants with superior menus. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings of the B&B with its flowering gardens....and, of course, the tempting plate on the sideboard of rich and dense chocolate chip cookies. Highly recommended. A BORDER TOWN IN SOCAL
17 Dec 2006

We normally stay in Healdsburg because we do not like to drive on rural roads after an evening of eating and drinking. This time we booked late so this inn was available and Diana was very helpful and encouraging on the telephone. The rooms are clearly the best of almost all the B&B's were we have stayed in the area. Comfortable beds and very clean. Allan is producing some of his own wine which he shared with us. They also directed us to a small wine producer that we are very pleased with. The area has some great restaurants as well (Stella's) so we never made it into Healdsburg-a first for us. It was very restful sitting on the front porch is this quiet residential area sipping wine in the afternoon before dinner. While the owners are vegetarians the breakfasts were very good. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
