You can't go wrong with this indiscreet Italian restaurant!
Suggested by a colleague living nearby in Clovis, four of us met for dinner here. A fine wine list, fine menu, but oh this lady named Elena, Italian born, and charming is why we had so much fun!
She explained that she not only shops at local farmers markets for the produce, but every morning arrives early to make the pasta, then goes home to get ready for the dinner service, as the mâitre d', waitress, and otherwise life-blood of this wonderful place!
We dined the following nite an another local Italian restaurant, but although fine, we wished we would have just gone back to Parma!
Oh, as my wife is a flight attendant, we are fortunate to have traveled to Italy ten times in the last 5 years, so we know what pasta should taste like, as well as feel comfortable with Italian wines! PARMA was not a let down!
