My partner and I shared probably the most delicious Coques St Jacques we've ever eaten while gazing at one of the world's best sea-views from the windows of Chez Claude. We went for lunch to make the most of the glorious clear skies and the view and weren't disappointed...a superb experience. The clay-pot fish soup was also very good but was outshone by the Coques. Service was efficient and friendly and, although the dishes are a bit overpriced for Sihanoukville, it was definitely worth the tuk-tuk trip and slightly intimidating tractor-pulley ride up to the restauarant. It is a shame that the building, grounds and general facilities have fallen into disrepair (and in need of a good clean and dusting in places)...otherwise, with a bit of polish, this could be a 5-Star restaurant.
