I used Trip Advisor as a guide and the reviews of this hotel were right on. Although located in a not-so-great part of town it is convenient to the freeways, downtown LB, and the charming LB Airport. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking, though, is very limited. I highly recommend this hotel. When calling for information, ask for Myrtle, she's very helpful.

The front desk personnel were exceptional. They made us feel at "home" right away. The room was clean, spacious and quite comfortable. Noise level was minimum and continental breakfast was quite good. It's impressive to see all staff interested in our comfort. We'll come back when were in the area.

We stayed in so many different hotels But we didn't see any hotel like comfort inn & suites . Manager, front desk housekeeper were so professional and friendly . room was clean and well-equipped and breakfast was good and location was great. within walking distance subway and other famous fast foods chain restaurant .

I called to make a reservation for the park while you are on your cruise advertised (still) on the web for $139.

The first thing they said was that its going be $149 not $139. ok prices change but why are they still advertising the same deal for $139 today?? I made the reservations and was asked which ship, bearth and when do you go and return.

After we checked in and spend the night we are ready to go and ask for the ride to ship they ask the same qestions (which ship where is the bearth) Apparently I am leaving from San Pedro about 10 min from the hotel not Long Beach so they say they have to charge me another $20 for who knows what. I was told that they do this all the time. later I was told that some cab drivers go a long way to this port and it costs the hotel more.

Its seems like they wait till you are there to spring the extra $20 charge on you. I am not from the LA area and do not have knowledge of exactly where the ships berth or how to get there this was my first cruise. They do this every day and should have known what they are doing.
