Was greeted by a not so knowlegeable manager. There wasn't a laundry room and the room was stuffy when we arrived. Older building and floors creek. We were told by security that someone in our room was jumping on the bed but no one was. Not in a great area but is easily accessible from highway and close to pier. Not a good value.

We stayed in this hotel last month .We were very happy with their guest service .Manager, frontdesk, housekeeper were very nice and helpful .They did everything to make our stay comfortable .Room was big , clean and el-equipped
thanks to the travel agent who found this hotel for us .

The complete staff was all about our comfort and went the extra mile for us on two separate occasions. On Jan 19 my wife and I flew into Burbank Airport and got in very early in the morning local time. By noon we were exhausted, and went to the hotel to try to check in early. The man behuind the counter Bob, said no problem just give him a few minutes. Quickly we were in our room and resting for our cruise the following day. When leaving i was so pleased that I made a reservation for the following Sunday when we returned from our cruise. The manager took extremely good care of us when I voiced concerns about traffic the following morning he told us not to worry and again allowed us to check in early and upgraded our room. All of the employees were very friendly and deserve commodations, no pun intended.

The rooms are very nice, new very clean. Everyday when we returned after working all day our room was clean and fresh. Every shift has very kind and helpful people, especially Mertle, she was terrific to us.
