We stayed 3 nights, the hotel personnel were courteous and accomodating on everything. The suite was comfortable and spotless. Location was central to all of South Bay and Long Beach.

I have been staying at this hotel a week every month for about eight months. These guys are very nice and accommodating. They always take great care of me and are especially careful not to wake me during the day (I work at night and sleep during the day). The rooms are clean and well cared for. The beds are extremely comfortable. The waffles are outstanding. This is my place when I am working in LBC!

This hotel was chosen by our travel agent .This hotel was ideal for our pre-cruise stay.Hotel staff were very efficient and friendly specially the Manager and Bob.They arranged some mini-van so efficiently that we paid only $4 per person for taxi to go to Long Beach terminal .Room was very big and Clean.
This hotel is perfect for any long beach visitor.

Was greeted by a not so knowlegeable manager. There wasn't a laundry room and the room was stuffy when we arrived. Older building and floors creek. We were told by security that someone in our room was jumping on the bed but no one was. Not in a great area but is easily accessible from highway and close to pier. Not a good value.
