We were so pleased with the hotel upon arrival. However, the stopper in the basin of the bathroom lavatory would not allow the water to drain. We told the front desk, and they promptly allowed us to move to a comparable room. We appreciated their cooperation very much.

We were able to book our stay through RCI Points and only a small fee for taxes, etc.

Also, the breakfasts that were served were very nice. The housekeeping staff was excelolent. And the man and woman who served at the front desk were extremely accomodating.

Stayed here multiple times and have never had any problems. The staff go out of their way so you are comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Couldn't beat the $90 price in Long Beach. Huge rooms. Sparkling clean. Safe- guard walks the grounds at night. Professional staff. Well-maintained facilities & grounds. Breakfast is good, but on the sugary side, coffee cups are small. Problems connecting to free wireless internet. Neighborhood isn't great, but very convenient for fast food and highway access. Weird thing showed up on final bill: "Safe with Limited Warranty, $1.50 + tax". We didn't use the safe, and fee was removed without argument.
