After a long day of travel I was trying to find Hotel accomodations in the Long Beach CA area. I called the Comfort Inn and Suites in Long Beach, and as the phone receptionist was busy I was asked if they could call me back. They promplty called me back and booked a room for me. When I arrived I was greated pleasantly and professionaly, The hotel was clean, comfortable and quite.When I asked for a recomondation for dinner, the hotel staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. In summary I was very pleased with the total hotel stay,

We were taking our 1st Cruise on The Carnival Paradise. We searched online for a Park n Cruise package. Fortunately we found and picked this Hotel. We drove down from Concord, CA and the Hotel was very easy to find and not too far off the freeway. The Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. With the Park n Cruise package they provide a Taxi to transport you to and from the Cruise line Port. You also get to leave your car in their very secure camera monitored Hotel parking lot. Trust me I checked out their cameras and the picture quality was excellent. On our return from the Cruise they gave us a business card for the Hotel and the number for the Taxi Service. We also booked one night for our return and were promptly given a room before their normal check in time. We highly recommend this Hotel if you are planning on taking a Cruise or if you just want a nice place to stay. We would stay here again and are planning on doing so when we take our next Cruise. Shakil and the entire staff gets a A+ from us!!

Had a great time!! Loved the cont. breakfast each morning, the staff were very friendly and helpful! Also had a good time in your clean pool area. My husband and I stayed three nights at the hotel and had a wonderful time! The location is great (about 5 min to the beach and 30 min to LA.) The rooms and service we received from employees were outstanding. Just a note, if you have difficulty climbing stairs request a bottom floor due to there being no elevators. We would definately stay here if we make it to CA again!!!
