Around 11'ish we heard some music blasting from somewhere in the hotel. Waited until about almost 12 midnight, we called the front desk complaining about the noise, then were told that there's a wedding banquet, but it should be wrapping up in 2 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called again, and were told that they should be wrapping up already. Then another 30 minutes, I called an 800 number thinking I was calling Bestwestern Reservation to find out what we can do about situation such as this... only to find out that it was the 800 number for the hotel. This time, I was told that the party isn't going to be over until 1:45 a.m., and they also have a bar that has live band until about that time. There's really nothing they could do. It was a sleepless night for me and my son kept waking up. The next morning while I was checking out, they gave me a $25 plus tax discount and my friend who stayed next door to us, did not, because she didn't call to complain. She suffered harder because after the wedding banquet was over, the party moved up to her next door until almost morning. They have live band in their bar on Saturday nights until 1:45 a.m.
