Rooms were clean and very large with a balcony. The hotel was in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops. We walked the area at night with no problems. 15 minute walk to the convention center/Arts Center and aquarium. The only complaint was that they never gave us enough towels, we had to call or go down to the front desk every night. Would stay there again.

the motel was great looking, had great curba appeal the service was the best, everybody was friendly. the rooms were better than the marriot courtyard which i stayed at the night before. the restruant on site had great food. The location was very good being so close to the convention center helped me out a lot.

I would have no problems staying here again, I thought it was worth my 80 dollars.

First of all, the prices shown here are $49-99. I paid the $99 rate and yet still ended up in a small room with a strange odor (it was non-smoking), a fair amount of street noise, and somebody trying to enter my room in the middle of the night. There was no closet and the drapes didn't close very well. While this is a good location for access to the Convention Center, because of the factors mentioned above, I didn't get much sleep. To me, it wasn't a good value.
