Living in so. cal. for the last 43 years, I'm always looking for a good weekend escape. They have really fixed up Long Beach, I try to go at least once a year. Have always had a good time, So much to do, Food, Clubs, Beach, Bars, ETC. Also close to everytinig in so. cal. Its well worth checking into if your coming to so. cal. Good luck Scott.

We just returned from a cruise out of San Pedro in the Long Beach/Los Angeles area. I arranged for a shuttle service from the Long Beach airport to the San Pedro terminal and back at the end of our cruise.
The pick up from the airport went ok; they were later than I was told they would be. When I made the reservation I gave them the arrival info for our flight and was told they would be witing in a "holding area" at teh airport and that, once we retrieved our luggage, we should call thwm and they would pick yus up within a couple of minutes. That did not happen. It took close to a half hour for them to pick us up as they were nowhere near the airport. When we returned from our cruise we were told they would be there to pick us up at 8:30 a.m. We called at 8:10 when we left the ship to make sure they were on thier way and were told they would be there at 8:30. No show......we called again and were asked how much luggae we had because thedriver of the van that was supposed to pick us up was too far away and they wanted to send a town car. We told them about our luggage and they said the van would be there shortly. Still...no show. We called again and were told a town car was on it's way but it would be another 15 minutes or so before it would be there. We needed to get to the airport so we told them to cancel the pick up and we took a cab. I don't know yet if they charged us for the cancelled pickup; I will call them tomorrrow to follow-up and will add to this review if we were. My recommendation-don't use them. There are cabs readily available at this terminal or use Prime Time shuttle whose vans say if they are late you don't pay.
