The carpet was old and dirty. The furniture and bed comforter needs to be updated. The bathroom looked old and the lighting was terrible. The plastic runner at the bottom of the room door was torn and dragged the floor. I have stayed in 2 star hotels much nicer than this one.....

Customers should be warned that they have to pay for parking! This automatically increased my total cost by 17 dollars. It's 13 for non-hotel parking (as the hotel doesn't even have it's own lot!) or 17 for valet in the front of the hotel! I feel that not including this additional charge is essentially false advertising for the cost of the "hotel stay"!

After struggling off the shuttle with 5 bags there was no bellman in sight. We managed to shuffle the bags into the hotel lobby and queued to register. This was carried out reasonably efficiently and we then went to our room. The room was not provided with any safe and there were a number of warnings about responsibility for belongings not being accepted by the Hotel. Upon contacting the front desk and being assured that a safety deposit box was available we then queued to deposit money and valuables only to be told that "they aren't any available" . No other solution was offered.

The room was very ordinary indeed and the general attitude and slack service smacked of a culture of "you're only passing through so what the hell"

This hotel is not recommended

We stayed here just as a layover. Got there late at night, hotel was very busy. Valet parking guy was rude cause we weren't paying for valet, we were just dropping off our luggage so we could return car to rental company but he had a problem with that. Reception desk was nice. Rooms need to be updated. One of the walls was almost falling apart. Yet the room was clean and offered a comfortable night stay. I would not recommend for staying more than a night. Their aiport shuttle service is very good.

I have stayed at many Radisson's - in faact our company uses Radisson's in Toronto to house clients - as the standard is excellent - and has always been so - until I stayed at the LAX Radisson.

The room was smelly, the TV had 8 TV channels, the matresses were lumpy (all the Radisson's I have stayed at have duvets with fantastic matresses - one of the reasons for choosing Radisson).

Spend the $20 per night more and stay elsewhere.
