We ventured out to try an Argentinian restaurant for the first time and we were not disappointed. The wine selected for us was excellent, an Argentine version of an amarone. I can't remember the name of the appetizer, but it was a cold chicken breast wrapped around a hard boiled egg and seasoned with peppers, which was quite good. Our entree' was a meat cornucopia with strip steak, short ribs, chorizo sausage, sweet bread, and blood sausage. Even though I wasn't a big fan of the texture of the sweet bread or blood sausage, everything was well prepared and the steak, ribs and chorizo were excellent. Our dessert of chocolate covered moscarpone cheese was light and amazing. We love trying new food and this definitely qualifies as new for us! Overall, a great experience.
